RCP Pavement Services is committed to providing reliable, high-quality work across all services. The following guidelines are intended to ensure clear expectations and a smooth experience for all projects.

 

Scope of Work

All services are performed based on the agreed scope outlined in your estimate or service agreement. Any additional work outside of the original scope may require approval and may be subject to additional cost.

 

Site Conditions

Project timelines and results may be affected by site conditions including weather, surface condition, access limitations, and unforeseen issues. We will communicate any necessary adjustments as they arise.

 

Scheduling

We make every effort to complete work within the scheduled timeframe. However, scheduling may be adjusted due to weather conditions, project complexity, or other operational factors.

 

Surface Preparation & Results

Proper surface preparation is critical for long-lasting results. While we use industry-standard methods and materials, the performance and lifespan of markings and coatings may vary depending on traffic volume, weather, and existing surface conditions.

Maintenance Services

For clients enrolled in maintenance programs, services are performed based on the agreed service schedule and scope. Maintenance services are intended to preserve appearance and extend the life of pavement markings but do not eliminate the need for periodic full re-striping or resurfacing.

Damage & Liability

RCP Pavement Services is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing surface conditions, structural issues, or factors outside of our control. Clients are responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible and clear of vehicles or obstructions prior to service.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or invoice. Timely payment is required to maintain scheduling and service availability.
